TO CAFFEINE OR NOT TO CAFFEINE?

SATURDAY, November 7, 2009, I had breakfast with a good friend and 1 cup of regular coffee........by 4pm.....I was dying and my head was pounding so by 530p, I paid full price for a ROUTE 44 Diet Coke with easy cranberry! Worth every penny!

Drank half and saved the rest for the in AM (Sunday, 11-08-09). Yes, it was flat but SO GOOD! By the way I also made it to SS.

At lunch I had a LARGE Glass of semi sweet tea.....then another glass for later.

That was last time I had caffeine!

NOW I HAVE 2 SONIC COUPONS FOR FREE ROUTE 44 DRINKS!

DIET CRANBERRY LIMEADE, IT'S GOOD!

HOW LONG THIS WILL LAST?

Today, well about 407p, I got this "feeling" in the pit of my tummy.......a sort of "throw up" feeling. In the last 24 hours, I have learned or should I say, know how the EX's actions can push me back a few steps in my everyday life and I DON'T LIKE IT.

Then I remembered, Psalm 46, my boss told me to read it today.......I now have!

"Be still, and know that I am GOD!"

I need to remember to be still.

HECK, THEY BOTH LOOK LIKE MR. SMART.

THEY ALSO BRING ME A GREAT JOY JUST LIKE MR. SMART DID AS HE WAS LEARNING TO GET SMART!

This is something I just need to share!

My daughter in-law called me yesterday to ask if I would come stay with my granddaughters while they ran an errand.

I came over, they are sitting around the kitchen table eating supper, during this time, the conversation went something like this:

My Giggles says, "Thank you, Mommy for making papa(food)."

DIL says, "Baby, I did not make papa, your Daddy did."

Giggles says, "Thank you Daddy for making me papa."

Now, I was having a bad afternoon.........after hearing my Giggles, I realized just how BLESSED I am to have my 2 boys, my daughter in-law and my 2 grandbabies, how blessed I am to be able to hear words spoken by Giggles and the laughter from Pajarito.

Just as I think life SUCKS........
